We charge a fixed fee. If you withdraw your case before it is submitted to the Home Office etc we will charge you pro-rata (per hour) for any work undertaken. Our rates are £140 per hour, £50 per letter, £5 per telephone call & a £55 administration charge. If you are struggling to meet your legal fees please inform us and we will offer our help. If you take longer than 6 months to bring your documents and Home Office fee without prior agreement we have the option to discontinue with your application and charge you for any work undertaken pro-rata.
